Workshop Objectives
The main objective of this workshop is to provide a forum for discussion focused on developing comprehensive metadata compilation strategies, distributed web mapping applications
and integrating geospatial data tools such as the Great Lakes Information Network (GLIN) Maps and GIS and the
National States Geographic Information Council (NSGIC) Ramona GIS.
Target Audience
Members of federal, states, research and non-governmental communities
who are engaged in generating, managing, distributing and using geospatial datasets for Great Lakes coastal zone issues, including representatives from the Coastal Zone Management (CZM) community and representatives engaged in the Lake Area Management Plans (LaMPS).
